We are guilty. We deserve God’s judgment. But even despite all off our waywardness, God does not truly give us the justice we deserve, for justice would be our destruction. He gives us mercy. As we reflect on our beautiful Savior today Who gave His life on our behalf, may God heal our land of sin that ravages us more than COVID-19.
