Thankful Thought of the Day:

Thankfulness recognizes the hand of God in our lives in the smallest details.

Typing on my computer, I paused – suddenly aware of all that God had me doing. And I thanked Him. Sometimes we get so busy doing that we forget that we could not do anything if God had not given us the skills and abilities we are using.

As we stop and consider our lives, from the smallest, seemingly trivial things to “God-incidences” in our lives, we can recognize His hand and direction. He orders our steps – even when they seem twisted and curving another direction we did not intend.

Stop and thank God for your senses, your loved ones, the fact that you can breathe, think – that you live. Notice God in every detail of your lives and find yourself worshiping Him with gratitude.
