Thankful Thought of the Day:
The satisfaction we have in Christ fulfills us like nothing in the world ever could.
Like the famous song, “Can’t Get No Satisfaction” says, satisfaction is hard to come by and does not last.
But the satisfaction we have in Christ comes to those who thirst and hunger for it. Not thirst for satisfaction from the world – that could never satisfy what our souls need, for we were made for another world.
This satisfaction in Christ permeates our souls no matter how unsatisfied our flesh may feel.
Psalm 107:8-9 “Let them give thanks to the Lord for his loyal love, and for the amazing things he has done for people! For he has satisfied those who thirst, and those who hunger he has filled with food.”
