Ever stayed overnight in a tent? Ah . . . we long for our cozy beds again, right? But perhaps comfort lulls away from how we ought to live. We live in temporary tents, y’all. We will all one day die—how now shall we live? Living for this world sidetracks us from living for God. We can cling to this life as if this is all there is, but we need to live this life in preparation for what is to come. And while we dwell in these temporary tents, we live by faith, sharing God’s salvation that all might know Him.
