Man, it’s hard when people falsely accuse us, gossip, or slander us, right? The Psalmist understands. Jesus understands. But we don’t have to bite the bait of an offense. Man is not always with us, but God is. And if God is for us, who can be against us? The truth is, the only good in any of us is Christ. Joy returns when we let God be our Defender and make Him our stronghold instead of man’s opinion.
