Beauty is only skin deep. Well, not so much. True beauty is much deeper than that. And yet the world around us focuses so much on the outside that it can affect our inward beauty, too.
Trying to measure up to an ever-changing standard for beauty, vanity can rule our hearts and minds and make us think that our worth comes our appearance.
Our appearance is not the full picture of who we are in Christ. Our identity is in Christ. And He says we are beautiful.
