Is Christian Yoga ok for a Christian to participate in? While exercise is not necessarily a Christian activity, all the same, exercise is of some value. But sometimes we need to be aware of whether or not the exercise is honoring to God.
This month we are focusing on getting healthy, all the way around. From the food we eat to our finances, friends, rest, and our physical health. Admittedly, what our mind thinks about matters—even when we exercise. And meditation should not be mindless but focused on truth.
In the end, in all we do, we do it for the glory of God. Including exercise. Listen in as Denise Pass interviews Miranda Davis, Author of “Christian Girl in a Yoga World”.
